What do you usually use a mirror for?
I mostly use a mirror to check my appearance before heading out, just to make sure my clothes are neat and everything looks put together. It’s especially useful when I do my makeup, since it allows me to see every detail clearly, from eyeliner to foundation. Sometimes, I also use the mirror to rehearse for presentations or practice my smile, which helps boost my confidence. So overall, mirrors are a practical and essential part of my daily routine.
Have you ever had a mirror with a special design?
Yes, I did! I once owned a mirror with a beautifully crafted wooden frame, which featured intricate carvings. It had a modern yet rustic charm that made it stand out. I placed it in my bedroom as a decorative piece, and it truly transformed the atmosphere of the room. Many of my friends complimented it whenever they came over, saying it added a warm and elegant touch to the space. It wasn’t just functional – it was a piece of art in itself.
Do you think it's good for people to spend a lot of time in front of the mirror?
It really depends. While it's okay to spend some time grooming or preparing yourself, being overly obsessed with how you look can be unhealthy. In today’s image-conscious society, many people fall into the trap of perfectionism, which can lead to anxiety or low self-esteem. So, moderation is key.
Do you think mirrors are good decorations?
Definitely, I think mirrors can be fantastic decorations if used wisely! For instance, my friend has this beautiful antique mirror in her dining room, and it really adds a touch of elegance to the space. Mirrors can make a room feel larger and reflect light, which is great for small apartments like mine. I also like how they come in different shapes and styles, so you can pick one that suits your taste. That said, I think too many mirrors might make a place look a bit overwhelming, so it’s all about finding the right balance.
How many mirrors do you have in your house?
I have four mirrors in my house, and each one has a different purpose. There’s a big one in the bathroom for daily use, and a modern one in my bedroom with a nice frame that I really like. I also have a small mirror in the living room to decorate the space because it makes the room look brighter. I think mirrors are both practical and beautiful for any home.
